Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage: 5-7 business days
- USPS First Class: 3-5 business days (small packages)
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! If you're in the Kansas City metro area, we offer FREE local delivery. Just select "Local Delivery" at checkout and we'll bring your order right to you—usually within 1-3 days.
We cover most of the KC metro including:
- Kansas City, MO
- Independence, Blue Springs, Lee's Summit
- Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee, Lenexa, Leawood
- And surrounding areas
Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll coordinate a pickup time that works for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but we're working on it. Stay tuned.

Where do your products come from?
We source primarily from Azure Green, one of the most respected wholesale suppliers in the metaphysical community. They've been in business since 1986 and maintain high standards for quality and authenticity.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
We work with suppliers who prioritize ethical sourcing practices. While the crystal supply chain can be complex, we do our best to ensure our stones come from responsible sources.
How do I know which products are right for me?
Check out our Correspondence Tables—they show which planets, elements, and intentions each product aligns with. You can also browse the shop and filter by intent (protection, love, prosperity, etc.).
Do you cleanse your items before shipping?
We handle all items with respect, but we recommend cleansing anything you receive before use. This clears any accumulated energy and helps you attune the item to your own practice.

Who runs Temple of the Moon?
We're practitioners and seekers based in Kansas City. We've spent years studying and practicing, and we created this shop to share quality tools with our community. Read more in our Welcome post.
What traditions do you follow?
We don't prescribe any single path. Our inventory and correspondence system draw from Western ceremonial magic, Wicca, folk traditions, and planetary magic—but we serve practitioners of all paths. Use what resonates; leave what doesn't.
Do you offer classes or workshops?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Follow our Community page for updates.

We accept PayPal (including credit/debit cards through PayPal) and cash for local orders.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. We never store your full payment details—that's handled securely by PayPal.
